What to expect...
The pace and demands of 21st century living can create a certain chaos in our energy field, causing our attention to bounce back-and-forth between past and present at such a rapid rate we never pause to be, here, now. The resulting stress on our system contributes to mental, emotional and physical dis-ease leading to a reduction in our quality of life despite our material abundance. It doesn’t have to be this way. You can take a pause. You can give yourself the gift of presence. Time to be, here, now. For these 45 minutes, open to the wisdom that arises from within when your body, mind and heart centers come into harmony. To facilitate this inner harmony, you will be invited to participate in practices that include sacred chant, simple movement, and meditative silence. At the end of our time, as you walk out into the world, notice how this practice of presence supports you during the coming week. Small Group Sessions: Mondays @ 11:30am and Fridays @ 10:30am Individual Sessions Available by Appointment.
