What to expect...

Reiki is a form of energy healing. Through very light touch, the Reiki energy flows through me to gently realign your energy. This flow of energy can be healing for the emotional, spiritual and physical body, helping to balance your being on all three levels. Reiki has no negative side-effects or contraindications and is often used in combination with western medicine. To get a sense of the Reiki healing experience you might remember a time when, as a child, you had some injury or pain. When a caring parent or parental figure placed their hand on that spot with a tender loving touch, you likely experienced relief.
