What to expect...

Beginning (again) Meditation Series This 3-week class is for beginning meditators and those who want to ‘begin again.’ Each session we will engage in a different meditation practice, reflect on our meditation experience, and share strategies to support the strengthening of our practice in the week ahead. We may have heard about or experienced the benefits of meditation and mindfulness practices. We may have thought about, experimented for a brief period with, or even engaged in a steady practice over time. Perhaps our thoughts never translated into action. Or we did begin, then something distracted us from our intention or disrupted what had become our routine. Then one day the inspiration rises in us again. We are inspired to begin once more. If you see yourself in any of these scenarios, rest assured that you are not alone. For most of us, beginning, and returning to begin again, is a natural part of the practice as we gradually live into our desire for greater presence to the life we have been given. $30 for the series Choose the weekday that works best for you: Mondays: 5/6, 5/13, 5/20 @ 4:30-5:15 Thursdays: 5/9, 5/16, 5/23 @ 11:45am-12:30pm
